Principle of A Transformer

Excellent apparatus to Study and Demonstrate the Principle of Step Up and Step Down Transformer. Consists of two Interconnected Coils of 50 and 100 turns. First the current is passed thru the 50 turn coil and then thru 100 turn coil and its effect is shown on the light bulb, then the coils are rotated and the current passes first thru 100 turn coil and then thru 50 turn coil and its effect is seen on the bulb. Operates on 4V AC. Base size 15 ½(395mm) x 12(300mm) x 1 9/16(40mm). AC power supply required, not included.
