No actual bacteria or virus is used in the simulation.~It is the ideal kit for biology, health or family life courses.

Originally, the kit was conceived as a simulation of the way AIDS/HIV spreads.~Documentation in the kit allows the teacher to substitute flu, hepatitis or any other virus or bacteria as a causative agent.

The kit provides enough material for two classes of twenty-four students working in pairs.
