Bug Pooter - Insect Aspirator - Insect Hunter
Designed using standard 90cc vial with integral safety filter and color coded suction and breather tubes. Consists of a clear sealed collection pot with two tubes fixed into the lid. The green tube (green for go) is placed into the mouth. The clear tube is pointed at the insect/bug. Inhale and the suction draws the specimen up the clear tube depositing it safely into the clear pot for viewing.
Because of the design of the unit, there is no danger of the bug being sucked into the mouth. This is because the specimen will naturally fall to the bottom of the vessel. For added safety there is a filter covering the entrance of the green tube.
The diameter of the collection tube is wide enough for most of the commonly found insects. Larger specimens (bees, roaches, etc) may be too big for this device, so common sense is required during use of this product.
Commonly found insects for collection include, but are not limited to: Beetle, Woodlice, Gnat, Greenfly, Spider, Earwig, Ant, Springtail, Mite, Mayfly, Centipede, Silverfish, and Sandfly.
Vessel Dimensions: 60 x 50mm Diameter
All measurements are approximate.
