AP Biology Investigation #6: Cellular Respiration

Students will use a respiration chamber to measure and record the rate of oxygen consumption (cellular respiration) using germinating seeds versus a non-germinating control sample.

This kit contains enough materials for 8 groups. Teacher’s manual and Student Study Guide copymasters are included.

Meets AP Science Practices 1, 2, 3, 6, and 7, and Big Idea 2.
