We all know of materials that are attracted by magnets, and materials that are not, but this kit dramatically demonstrates a material that is repelled by magnets! Capture your student's imagination and inspire them to ask "How does that work?!" when they see a small piece of this material floating in space above a magnet!

Dimensions (approx.): The base consists of 4 magnets each 0.25 inch square. The upper Graphite plate is 0.25 inch square.

This kit contains small, powerful, neodymium magnets and should only be used with adult supervision
